The Neighborhood Collection of fine homes is geared at buyer with an investment budget starting from $290,000. These homes are designed by the same designers and constructed by the same skilled craftsman as our Custom Collection, but are scaled back to save you money and give you a more streamlined building process

The Neighborhood Collection is filled with luxurious features that semi-custom and tract homebuilders do not offer. With our efficient, streamlined design and selection process we are able to provide the highest value to The Neighborhood Collection. You will have a healthier, more energy efficient home than any other home in this investment range! The Neighborhood Collection is available on all of our homes up to 3,000 square feet in select communities and are offered with a two car garage standard.
